to have a registration form sent to you. Completed registration forms can be mailed to PACT, 12 Hawkridge Place NW, Calgary, AB T3G 3A4 or left with staff at a PACT location. Payment can be made using the PayPal link, or with a cheque (made payable to PACT) sent through the mail, or with cash or a cheque in person at a PACT location.
